We are an active full-service law firm, looking to hire a new Reception/Admin Assistant (Full-time: 9am to 5pm; M-F). We are located at Unit 201-2849 North Road, Burnaby. $19/hr.
Duties will include:
- Greeting clients
- Communicating with clients for retainer payments
- File opening and closing
- Opening, date stamping and sorting incoming mail
- Visiting the local banks to deposit various cheques
- Additional administrative support as needed.
Qualification:
- Fluency in Korean (both writing and speaking) would be deemed a major asset.
- Prior experience at law firms not required
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
