주요 업무 (Responsibilities)

원가회계 및 가격 관리 (Cost Accounting & Price)

1. FOB(선적지 인도조건) 프로세스 보조 및 관련 문서 관리

   • 가격 요청서, FOB 계산 파일, FOB 요약 파일 등

2. 판매 가격 관리 프로세스 지원 및 문서 관리

 

분석 및 보고 (Analysis and Reporting)

1. 주간 및 일간 매출 보고서(Weekly/Daily Sales Package) 작성 및 제출

   • 일/주간 매출 데이터

   • 재고 회전율 및 재고 잔액

   • 평균 판매 단가 추이

   • 창고별 매출 및 판매 추세 분석

2. 팀별 급여 및 인원(headcount) 데이터 모니터링 및 업데이트

3. 프로모션 적립금(Promotion Accrual) 파일 유지 및 관리

4. 재무제표 분석 보조 (비율분석, 추세분석, 변동분석 등)

5. 재고, 고객, 공급업체, 판매가 등 마스터 데이터 관리 및 업데이트

6. 필요 시 각종 임시(ad-hoc) 보고서 작성 지원

자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 재무, 회계, 경제학 또는 관련 전공 학사 또는 Diploma학위

• FP&A(재무기획 및 분석) 또는 관련 분야 인턴/실무 경험 우대

• 데이터 분석 및 기본적인 통계 기법에 대한 이해

• Excel 활용 능숙자 (재무 소프트웨어 또는 ERP 시스템 경험자 우대)

• 명확하고 논리적인 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 꼼꼼함과 정확성을 바탕으로 문제 해결 능력을 배우고자 하는 자세

• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 독립적이면서 협력적으로 일할 수 있는 역량

• 영어로 원활한 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분 우대

Innofoods Inc. is a global food manufacturing company specializing in high-end luxury snacks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Planning Analyst to support financial decision-making and provide business insights across local and global markets.

 

This role requires strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn financial modeling, and the ability to assist in preparing accurate reports and forecasts. Familiarity with basic cost analysis, pricing concepts, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Cost Accounting & Price

1. Assist the FOB process and maintain all relevant supporting documentation Price Request file/ FOB calculation file/ FOB summary file
2. Support the selling price management process and ensure proper documentation is maintained

 

Analysis and Reporting

1. Prepare and deliver the Weekly and Daily Sales Package, including:
   1. Sales data (daily and weekly)
   2. Inventory Turnover
   3. Inventory Balance
   4. Average Selling Price Trend
   5. Warehouse Sales
   6. Average Sales Trend by Warehouse
2. Monitor and update payroll data, including salary and headcount by team
3. Maintain and update the promotion accrual file
4. Assist in analyzing financial statements through ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance reporting
5. Manage and update master data, including inventory, customer, vendor, and selling price records
6. Prepare ad hoc reports as required

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Some experience or internship in an FP&A or finance-related role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and familiarity with statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to financial software of ERP system is an asset.
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and willingness to learn problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Korean proficiency is an asset
