Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for an experienced Online Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to manage e-commerce platforms, and support brand growth through creative content, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Amazon, Costco, Walmart, or other major e-commerce marketplaces is considered a valuable asset

 

Online Marketing and E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Project Management

  • Execute and support marketing campaigns and local promotional materials.
  • Develop and manage workflows, processes, and projects for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create tactical briefs for creative production (copywriting, design, digital ads, email campaigns, and web assets).
  • Assist in developing annual advertising and promotional plans.
  • Manage creative/content production, including marketing launches and updates to materials (print and digital).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and media agencies to:
  • Execute paid media plans
  • Provide feedback on creative assets
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
  • Act as the primary contact for external creative vendors (writers, designers, editors, printers).
  • Align product, print, digital, and event strategies with company goals and KPIs, working closely with executives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and apply best practices in marketing analytics.

 

2. E-commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize online product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain product data integrity, ensuring up-to-date information on company websites and online marketplaces.
  • Develop merchandising and promotional strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Leverage experience with Amazon, Costco, Walmart, or other marketplaces to grow product visibility, manage compliance requirements, and execute platform-specific campaigns.

 

3. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short- and long-form content (photo and video) for social platforms and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars for:
  • Inno Foods (North America)
  • The High Point Resort
  • West Coast Edge Furniture
  • Appear on-camera or provide voiceovers as required.
  • Travel (up to two 2-day trips per month) to High Point Resort for on-site content creation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance; conduct A/B testing.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling.
  • Stay updated on social trends, platform changes, and best practices.
  • Manage usage rights and consent for individuals featured in content.
  • Monitor social channels for off-brand or inappropriate content.
  • Document workflows, successful content formats, and best practices for the team.

 

4. Customer Support & Community Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and social channels within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Use Gorgias (customer support platform) to manage tickets, categorize issues, and document resolutions.
  • Follow Customer Care Manual protocols and suggest updates based on emerging issues or trends.
  • Escalate and follow up on complex cases involving QA, logistics, or order concerns.
  • Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in all customer communications.
  • Provide weekly summaries of customer feedback to marketing and operations teams.
  • Support service improvements such as courtesy gifts, product samples, and follow-up initiatives.

 

5. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

  • Collaborate with QA, logistics, and marketing teams to streamline issue resolution and communication.
  • Document escalations and ensure smooth hand-offs between departments.
  • Maintain organized records of customer support and social media activity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and provide support in customer service and digital initiatives as needed.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta), social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing e-commerce websites and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Seller Center, Costco portal, experience in these platforms is an asset).
  • Strong content creation skills, including photography and video editing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
