Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable Visual Designer with a strong grasp of digital aesthetics and front-end capabilities. This role blends creativity with technical expertise—ideal for someone who can confidently create high-impact graphics while managing and maintaining the visual and technical aspects of our digital presence.

You'll work closely with our marketing and executive teams to create visually compelling content, maintain web design quality, and execute digital strategies across all touchpoints. A sharp eye for design, strong technical proficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute visually stunning content across web, email, social media, print, and packaging

• Maintain and enhance the visual integrity and performance of our website (Shopify-based), ensuring mobile responsiveness and UX consistency

• Build, edit, and optimize web pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic to intermediate)

• Support email campaign design and layout in platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo

• Capture, retouch, and organize lifestyle/product photography for digital use

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams on campaigns, branding projects, and product launches

• Assist with website performance monitoring, asset updates, and integration troubleshooting

• (Asset): Basic server maintenance and understanding of DNS, domain registration, email systems (Google Workspace), and website hosting configurations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in a design-focused role (agency or in-house)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

• Proficient in Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX wireframing and prototyping

• Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS (mandatory); JavaScript (bonus)

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, and WordPress

• Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

• Strong photo editing and photography direction skills

• Excellent visual storytelling and brand alignment abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly

• Highly dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative

Bonus Skills (Assets):

• Server/domain management knowledge (cPanel, DNS, Google Domains, etc.)

• Shopify Liquid templating experience

• Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)

• Experience in DTC eCommerce or health supplement/wellness industry
