With growing recognition across Canada, GFJ is expanding its business-to-business (B2B) footprint and is seeking a driven, strategic Sales Manager to help us build our wholesale channels, grow brand visibility, and shape the future of golf lifestyle retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new B2B business opportunities, partnerships, and retail accounts through market research, cold outreach, walk-ins, and networking.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of leads using industry-specific databases, CRM tools, social media, and event marketing.
- Represent GFJ at trade shows, tournaments, brand events, and industry functions to promote the brand and build relationships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while nurturing new prospects into long-term partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from lead qualification and pitch, to contract negotiation and after-sales support.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams to align product offering with market needs.
- Track inventory levels and report weekly sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports, agendas, and forecasts for leadership review.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with GFJ policies, procedures, and applicable laws and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, fashion, or lifestyle brands (golf industry experience is a strong asset).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for brand-building.
- Willingness to travel, attend events, and work flexibly outside of a traditional office setting.
- Fluent in English (Korean or Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required).
- CRM and digital sales tool proficiency preferred.

자격 요건

B2B 영업, 도매, 패션·라이프스타일 브랜드 관련 분야 3년 이상 경험 (골프 업계 경험자 우대)
